Pikachu Plugin was my idea after finding too many greifs within my server and was about to say "Pikachu use THUNDER"
then it hit me.

Permissions:

• PikachuPlugin.aim -Allows use of /pikachu to aim at current aim location
  
• PikachuPlugin.player -Allows use of /pikachu to aim at a player
