The Plugin NoCurse do, when a player enter a badword that is written in the config.yml in the chat, the text wont be in the chat and the player get a message and the admins too (if its enabled).
In the config.yml you can add badwords to the list. Its not the Real Config! The Real config is the NoCurseConfig.yml. There you can Change the messages and enable the admin Messages.
