NoPortal

A simple plugin that disables the accessibility to use the Nether Portal for certain users.

Even without the permission, everyone is still able to use to go into the Nether (if enabled). It just disables the portal access.

Permissions:

• noportal.enter - Allows players to enter the Nether.

To Do:

• Disable creating portals for players without the permission
  
• Command to purge all the portals

I do take suggestions.
