Are you sick and tired of rain? Does it seem like its always raining? This plugin fixes all that. You can enable/disable rain in all the worlds on your server. You can disable all rain all the time, or you can just disable it in one world. This plugin even stops /toggledownfall so even OPs can't "make it rain".
/rain reload (Reloads the config)
/rain <enable/disable> <optional world/global> (global will effect all worlds, if you leave it blank it will effect the world you're in/)
Just drop the plugin into your plugins folder.
It will disable all rain for all the worlds by default.
This plugin sends info on how many servers and players are using this plugin.
If you wish to disable the usage stats, look at /plugins/PluginMetrics/config.yml.
