Well it stops players from losing power from dying in mobarenas.
Just install Factions, MassiveCore, MobArena and drop this file in your plugins forder and your done.
This plugin uses metrics (metrics collects small amount of info of your server like server version, server location, plugin version, ...) and a update checker to check for now versions al of this cane be disabled in the default metrics config /plugins/PluginMetrics/config.yml and the default update config /plugins/Updater/config.yml.
