Here's just an easy simple plugin! You only need to type /ccolor and done! You get a GUI filled with different items. If you hover over the items they will show you what color your chat will be if clicked.
The current permissions are:
color.all - Permission to every color
ccolor.colors - Permission to /ccolor
color.white - Permission to color white
color.red - Permission to color red
color.green - Permission to color green
color.orange - Permission to color orange
color.yellow - Permission to color yellow
color.magenta - Permission to color magenta
color.blue - Permission to color blue
color.white - Permission to color white
color.purple - Permission to color purple
color.cyan - Permission to color cyan
color.black - Permission to color black
color.gray - Permission to color gray
color.pink - Permission to color pink
color.normal - Permission to normal chat color
color.darkred - Permission to color dark red
ccolor.otherc - Permission to change other player's colors
color.othwhite - Permission to change player's color to white
color.othred - Permission to change player's color to red
color.othgreen - Permission to change player's color to green
color.othorange - Permission to change player's color to orange
color.othyellow - Permission to change player's color to yellow
