What is it?

Manage chat is a plugin that: Clears chat Disable/Enable chat Whit just a commands Even when chat is disable whit simple perms u can make some poeple talk

Commands

/chatclear Clears chat [Message changeable in config!] chat.clear

Buggs  

[ /chatenable Enables chat if disabled                                 chat.enable

/chatdisable Disable chat  ]                                                   Chat.disable    Bypass chat.bypass
