Lore Dropper is a plugin that is designed especially for Role Playing servers. It allows moderators to invent new items that can only be obtained by mob hunting. By "inventing" a new item I am referring to taking any item and giving it a custom name and lore. The moderators can decide the chance of their items being dropped in percentages.
There are two levels of drops, normal and rare. Rare drops can't have a drop chance higher than 25%.

note: if you get an error when creating a new item you are probably entering an invalid name of the item you want to add lore to. For a list of materials and their names please refer to this.
By default ALL chances for items being dropped are 0%
Here are the recommended values to be used with each mob:
Values recommended for use with NORMAL custom items
