Du you have a minigames server?
Or do you just want to make, that all players spawn at a configurable point, if they join the server?
This plugin does exactly this.

To install just put the LobbySpawn.jar file in the plugins folder and restart the Server.
Then just type in /lobbyspawn setlobby, where you want.
