JOPHCraft is a custom server recipes plugin. It enables users to craft items such as: Mob Spawners, Ghast Tears, Nether Warts, Grass, Ice etc. It is a low on resources plugin, so it won't consume much cpu/ram. It is a great plugin to use!
You can now disable certain recipes in the config :)
