I just created this very simple bukkit addon for my server. Every 5 minutes, it prints "Happy Halloween!" in the chat. It will also choose a random player, create an unharmful explosion near his head and spawn a pumpkin on it! Players can exclude theirselves from this random fun using the /nopumpkins command.
This plugin has been made real quick within 5 minutes. It has been tested, no bugs spotted so far. It's just for halloween day, so please don't expect any support or updates on this (might happen, though).
