This plugin was initially created to give exp to donators when they type /giveexp[number]. But, since i'm just starting out & learning Java all of the other permissions (like making certain times on each command) will be coming soon!--
Now, I am way more experienced with Java and have made it so you CAN have certain times on each commands (for donators)
