Gimp - The fun alternative to mutes

Based on the following plugin 

This plugin allows you to get rid of disrespectful players by changing their chat into a preset, stupid message. 

Instead of muting, this plugin instead modifies the chat, to make the player look as if they do not know what they are doing!

Features:

• Config that allows you to add/remove any preset gimps.
• Notify feature that allows you to choose who gets to see when the command is run
• Simple - Easy config, and command, with minimal learning.

Commands:

/gimp - Gimps the specified player

/ungimp - Ungimps the specified player

Permissions:

gimp.use - Allows the player to use /gimp and /ungimp

gimp.notify - Tells the specified player when other players use the /gimp or /ungimp command

gimp.exempt-  This permission prevents the player from being gimped
