QuickTools is a plugin that lets you and your users access a range of tools quickly in-game, without having to craft them, or go into creative to find them. All you have to do is type in /qt (alternatively /quicktool or /quicktools) in chat, hit enter, and it will bring up a menu like shown below. When clicking any of the tools, they will appear in your inventory.
Commands:
/qt - Opens the QuickTools bar (Aliases: /quicktool, /quicktools)
Permissions:
qt.use - Allows access to /qt
