With this plugin, you can make announcements to players and also schedule announcements with a time interval.
EXAMPLE
In the configuration, you can change the announcement prefix and also the default color of the same.
You can also set the time interval, the default is 120 seconds (2 minutes)
Here are the plugin messages, which you can customize to your liking.
And here are the announcement messages, which will appear on the players' screens according to the interval set in seconds
