This plugin stops players from teleporting minecarts, monsters and other entities into spawn using End Portals. When an entity falls into an End Portal, the entity disappears without being teleported.
Download the "EndPortalEntityTeleport" file and drag it into the "plugins" folder. Start up your server and you're good to go!
