With Enderbackpack, you can set an item as the enderbackpack. If an user use it, it will open the enderchest.

Reduce per use by one, if use userpermission

enderbackpack.use - Permission to use enderbackpack if userpermission is true

Example Config with description

remove all behind the #

item: 381 #item-id of the enderbackpack
userpermission: false #if set to true only users with the permission enderbackpack.user are able to use it
consumable: true #if true item reduces by one per use
