This plugin will restrict a specific world/dimension by number of players or time.
This is very useful to avoid too many players on laggy dimensions like Twilight Forest.

/dr add (world name) (max players on server) (max player on world) (from time) (to time)
/dr remove (world name)
-Allowed time format is 00:00-23:59
dimrestrictor.manage (who has this permission can manage restrictions)
dimrestrictor.exclude (who has this permission won't be restricted)
