DataValueStick is a simple plugin which when a user right-clicks on a block, it will return that block's data value. DataValueStick is intended as a development tool for testing plugins which modify the data value of blocks to ensure that they are set to what they are meant to be, and as such is not recommended for production servers.
Installation: Copy the DataValueStick.jar into your plugins folder.
Usage: Right click a block with a stick
