CT-Core is a library which is required for all of my plugins to run. If you don't install this, some of your installed plugins will most likely not work at all.
Important Notice:
The latest version does only work with the latest Spigot/Minecraft release. Other versions require older versions of this API, found on the files page.
Simply download the plugin and Drag & Drop it to your plugins folder. Restart your server and your ready to go.
