Control Creative Mode

Based on the BuilderControl plugin by boardingamer. (I had to pick a different name due to BukkitDev policies.)

Control what players can place and interact with in the world. The available permissions allow for disabling of TNT, water, lava and TNT minecart placement; attacking mobs and players; opening block/entity based inventories (chests, hoppers, villagers, storage carts, .etc); throwing potions, eggs, snowballs, and Bottles o' Enchanting; and prevent the use of Spawn Eggs.

Updates

Before you ask me to update to a specific build, here are some things to consider:

• I will do my best to keep up with Bukkit Beta builds.
• I will NOT update with Craftbukkit development builds.
• Test for yourself to see if the latest version works with your server.
