Simple detection for players who try to place lava or fire while invisible

Description:

CloakBreaker is a plugin that detects when players are attempting to place fire or lava while invisible. This is to prevent players from killing other players with lava / fire. Originally I made this plugin for TimGaming to prevent players from killing each other while invisible in the main world. This way moderators would be able to see who was attempting to kill other players. CloakBreaker logs all of the times a player attempts to kill another player with fire or lava while invisible. cloakbreaker.alerts - Players with this permission are sent alerts specified in the config
