Chargifier is a simple plugin that allows you to charge and discharge Creepers by simply right clicking a creeper. If the creeper is charged it will discharge. If it is not charged it will charge. This may sound random, but I made this mainly because I was bored and was itching to make a plugin. However, this plugin does include Bukkit Permissions support! Simply drop it in your plugins folder and add in the permissions. However, ops have all the permissions by default. Pick it up today!
