ChangeThatHat is a plugin I have made quite recently where you can change your helmet to anything you want. For example /hat 50 would be a torch.
You are able to change your hat to what ever you want.
/hat - hat.allow
/hatplayer - hat.otherplayers
/hat - This is the main and only command at this moment and will change your hat to what ever you want.
/hatplayer - This is the command to give hats to other players
