Don't you hate how useless snowballs are in vanilla minecraft? This plugin will make snowballs much better!
When a player throws a snowball, if he has permission the entity hit will get effects..
lookcook.snowball.attack - Allows the player to have slow on his snowballs
lookcook.snowball.bypass - Doesn't slow you when you get snowballed.
lookcook.snowball.harm - Allows the player to have extra harm- 10 second cd.
lookcook.snowball.fire - Allows the player to have fire on his snowballs
lookcook.snowball.* access to all permissions above ^

1.1: added a bypass permission: lookcook.snowball.bypass and added lookcook.snowball.* for both permissions
1.2: Added a text message on hit to the player.
1.3: Added new snowballs
A permission to bypass being slowed by a snowball. DONE!
