Description
"Attack Speed Limiter" is a simple plugin that allows you to limit how quickly players can attack entities. The delay between attacks along with many more settings are customizable in the configuration file. Please also note that the delay in the configuration file should be set in ticks; 1 tick = 0.05 seconds, 20 ticks = 1 second, 10 ticks = 0.5 seconds, etc...

- Fixed a bug in checking individual command permissions.
- Added a command that allows you to toggle the plugin on/off.

Commands
- /asl reload - Reload the configuration file.
- /asl toggle - Toggle the plugin on/off.
- /asl version - Check the version of "Attack Speed Limiter" that you are using on your server.
- /asl configuration - Display the configuration and all of its values.
Default Permissions
- asl.* - Grant players all of the below permissions.
- asl.command.reload - Allow players to use the reload command.
- asl.command.toggle - Allow players to use the toggle command.
- asl.command.version - Allow players to use the version command.
- asl.command.configuration - Allow players to use the configuration command.
