AntiChat is a Plugin, which disable the Chat by typing a Command.
Its very useful for very big Server.
Just OP's or players with an special Permissions can chat when you
disabled the Chat.

/Chat = enable / disable the Chat
AntiChat.use = /Chat Command
AntiChat.bypass = you can chat when the Chat is disabled.
