AllowPlayers is a simple and light plugin to monitor when the minecraft.net login servers go offline. When the servers are detected as offline, AllowPlayers will kick in, and verify each player based on their IP. If their IP matches the one stored, then they are permitted to continue the login process. If their IP does not match or their IP is not stored, then they are disconnected with a message informing them that Minecraft.net is offline.

This plugin does not currently store its own list of IP addresses, and depends on other plugins for storage. You must have one of these plugins for AllowPlayers to work.
