XPTeleporters 2
A 1.12.2 port/spiritual successor to Latvian's 1.9 mod "Warp Pads". This is essentially a direct port (with permission) with a new block added, the "Efficient Teleporter" which halves the xp cost. I also consume raw xp rather than levels. There is also a new config for cross-dimension multipliers (configurable per-dimension).
