The Woodsman Mod is my first mod, and is a work in progress.
This mod adds in a new set of tools which you can see in the images tab, a new mob and new structures. The new mob is the Woodsman, he is friendly and tamable by woodsman ingots, and is also able to hold onto your stuff for you. The new structure are the woodsman hut, and the woodsman house (which only spawns in roofed forests). The tools have the durability of Iron and the efficiency of Gold, and the saw if placed under a log in the crafting grid, will give you 6 planks instead of 4.
