This mod, in addition to functioning as a library, also has the following features:
Integration with JEI to make enchantment information easily visible.
Automatic generation of configuration files for all mod enchantments, located in /configs/modid/enchantments/enchantmentId.json. These work fully for vanilla enchantments and may work for other mods as well. I believe this is very useful for modpacker.
