WN Discord integrates Warring Nations with Discord. It provides commands, dashboards, notifications, voting, account linking, role synchronization, Minecraft and Discord chat relay, console access, staff approvals, and support for dedicated Discord spaces for individual nations.
The mod is server-side only. Players do not need to install it on their clients.
17 top-level slash commands and ~130 subcommands, with all commands also available using the ! prefix.
Documentation: See the command reference for every command and subcommand, the configuration reference for available settings, and the API reference for addon development. Server owners can use the setup guide for bot configuration and OAuth2 account linking.
WN Discord provides interactive dashboards for commonly used information and actions.
/dashboard nation displays nation information and available actions in one view. /dashboard war provides live war information such as scores, siege progress, and other conflict details.
Staff have a separate administration dashboard for reviewing pending approvals and other administrative actions.
WN Discord connects several parts of Warring Nations to Discord:
WN Discord includes a public API for other Warring Nations addons.
Addons can interact with Discord without depending directly on JDA, using the same interfaces provided to the built-in integration. This includes registering channels, sending embeds, and registering slash commands.
See the full API example for an example implementation.
