Adds a config option to make blocks unbreakable by withers and ender dragons, or remove currently wither or ender dragon immune blocks.

Blocks added through the config are given the witherproof and dragonProof ore dictionary tags, and blocks given those tags through other mods are given the wither/dragon immune properties.

Configuration

Blocks can be added to the config witherproof.cfg in your config folder to either the dragonProofBlocks list for ender dragon immune blocks or witherproofBlocks for wither immune blocks.

They can be added in the format minecraft:obsidian where all blockstates of that block are immune.

Or alternatively added in the format immersiveengineering:storage:2 where only the blockstate with the specified meta value is immune.
