A very simple mod that adds a gamerule to make your world in eternal winter.

Effects:

• All surface water is frozen.
• Snow layers cover the surface.
• Every biome has snowy weather.

WARNING: Enable in the gamerules section during world creation; Toggling the gamerule in an existing world will not work properly.
