If You want Full Experimence about this mod in 1.20.4. you should enable Update 1.21 Datapack!!! 

Summary

This mod is add WhirlWind who similar to breeze

They sometimes generate in trial chamber spawners

 also breeze now drop breeze rod! (WhirlWind too!)

and in the 1.20.4. It has mechanic of backport from 1.20.5 snapshot!

How do they attack

They are based from breeze but bit harder to fight than breeze

• Wind charge attack - but wait. they shoot 3 time!
• Long Charge Jump - If they start long jump be carefull! they make stronger wind and make hurt! (In 1.20.5~ they have Starts to involve other mobs with wind)

Extra Feature

• Breeze Rod and Breeze powder: Breeze drop breeze rod for now! you can also craft to Breeze powder
• Wind Charge: Craft 3 Breeze powder and 1 redstone make Wind Charge! you can shoot Wind Charge With Dispenser and shoot yourself!
• Charge Potion: with brew potion with Wind Charge will make Charge Potion! 
• Trial Chamber now locatable on map like what 1.20.5 snapshot does!

Charge Potion is same as splash Potion but it have gust and potion effect affect bigger range than splash potion!
