Items:
Grapes -- Grapes can be found hanging from some trees in plain biomes. Pick them and grow them yourself in a farm! Grapes can hang only from leaves.
Wine -- Right click some grapes in an "Open Barrel" and watch it fill up. After the grapes are done "aging" you'll see the inside of the Barrel have wine inside, right click it with an empty bottle to receive some wine.
Blocks:
Open Barrel -- right click a regular barrel with an axe to cut the lid off and make an Open Barrel! This can be used to make some fine drinks
