Weather control

This mod adds 4 new blocks and 4 new items to control the weather.

The 4 Blocks/Items are:

- Clear block

  > Used to set weather to clear.

- Rain block

  > Used to set rain to rain.

- Thunder block 

  > Used to set weather to thunder.

- Master control

 > They can change all states of the weather

This could help when you just do not want rain or if you want it to rain.

There is always THUNDER!!
