A simple mod for Fabric that adds a /warp command
/warp - Teleport to a warp
/setwarp - Sets a warp to player's current location. (Requires /op or the warpmod.setwarp permission)
/delwarp - Coming soon (Requires /op or the warpmod.delwarp permission)
Just place this mod into your mods folder.
