These updates can contain things such as more weapons, more tools, more armor, and more dimensions.
With custom effects that are placed upon weapons it makes it possible to have strengthened and more playable fighting or playing experiences, with mobs to be expanded and created constantly can make for detailed fighting experiences using the weapons and tools provided by the mod. Alongside that there are things for preventing certain effects like the Blood Talisman to stop yourself from bleeding as it helps you with more battles as you continue through the endless dimensional journey to claim stronger gear and fight stronger mobs.
