Void Manifestations is a high-impact magic addon for Iron’s Spells ’n Spellbooks on Minecraft Forge 1.20.1, built around massive cinematic spells, destructive battlefield effects, custom visuals, and endgame-level magic.
Instead of relying on simple particle bursts or instant damage, the mod focuses on large animated manifestations, persistent spell zones, gravitational effects, terrain interaction, sustained damage, screen feedback, unique sound design, and spells that continue affecting the battlefield while their effects are active.
Void Manifestations introduces a custom Void spell school with powerful Legendary abilities designed around cosmic destruction, dimensional energy, gravity, annihilation beams, black holes, large-scale explosions, and battlefield control.

Spells are built around large custom visual effects rather than basic vanilla-style particle spam.
Effects can include:
Giant energy beams
Black holes and accretion structures
Dimensional ruptures
Massive shockwaves
Expanding energy rings
Supernova-style explosions
Mushroom-cloud effects
Ground fractures
Floating debris
Large animated magical structures
Multi-stage spell sequences
Camera shake and impact feedback
Many effects scale with spell level, meaning lower-level versions appear smaller while high-level versions can become significantly larger and more destructive.
Many spells remain active for several seconds instead of dealing all of their damage instantly.
Depending on the spell, active effects can:
Continuously damage nearby entities
Pull enemies toward a center point
Trap or control groups of mobs
Knock enemies away
Apply status effects
Create lingering dangerous areas
Damage enemies only while they remain inside the active spell effect
This makes the visuals and actual spell mechanics happen together instead of enemies dying before the spell appears.
Several spells can physically affect the Minecraft world.
Terrain effects include:
Craters
Explosive block destruction
Dimensional trenches
Earthquake damage
Block suction
Blocks being converted into falling debris
Ground tearing and fractures
Large impact zones
Terrain destruction is designed to feel powerful without completely destroying enormous sections of the world from a single cast.
Protected blocks such as Bedrock and important technical blocks are excluded from destruction.
Gravity-based spells can interact with both entities and terrain.
Certain abilities can:
Pull mobs inward
Drag players toward the spell center
Rip blocks from the terrain
Turn blocks into falling debris
Pull debris toward a singularity
Create collapsing terrain around the active spell
Void Manifestations includes its own Void Spell Power attribute.
Void Spell Power directly increases the strength of Void abilities and allows equipment to further specialize a player into Void magic.
Compatible equipment systems can provide additional Void Spell Power bonuses.
Void Manifestations spell scrolls can be found extremely rarely inside naturally generated loot chests.
Higher-level scrolls are significantly rarer than lower-level versions, making powerful versions valuable endgame finds.
Apotheosis is completely optional.
If Apotheosis is installed, Void Manifestations can optionally allow Apotheosis affix armor to roll additional Void Spell Power bonuses.
If Apotheosis is not installed, the mod continues working normally without requiring it.
