ViesCraft Tweaker adds the functionality to use CraftTweaker (1.11.2) with the Aircraft Workbench recipes and adds a config to replace the jei plugin in ViesCraft with a more in-depth plugin and fixes some interfaces.
It also adds the ability to customize the fules that the airships take.
Only for 1.11.2, the 1.12 version of ViesCraft uses regular crafting recipes.
The removal and adding of recipes is the same as normal crafttweaker except you need to replace "recipes" with "mods.vctweaker", example:
