Replaces invasive VH + Xaeros Minimap integration with one that doesn't mess with your settings every tick.
In practice this means that:
you can disable minimap when out of vaults
you can disable minimap coordinates when out of vaults
when leaving vaults, the minimap size and automatically restores to values set in config instead of constantly reseting to the default values
ALL IN VAULT MINIMAP RESTRICTIONS STILL APPLY
this mod is for improving your out of vault experience while keeping the indented restriction in vaults
only in-vault change is that you can enable both xaero and vault minimap (in the client config) instead of having to choose one of them
