Vex Remodel

Since the majority of mods stay on 1.19.2, I always found it a bit frustrating about the newer Vex model. So I did this mod.

Basically, as title, brings the new Vex model back to 1.19, 1.19.1 and 1.19.2.

This is for CLIENT SIDE ONLY.
