Veiled Ninja Origin is a Forge 1.20.1 Origins addon built around speed, stealth, poison resistance, mobility, and survivability through avoidance rather than raw strength or heavy defenses.
The Origin is designed for players who prefer an agile assassin-style playstyle: moving quickly, landing safely, slipping past danger, and using stealth to control when and how fights happen.

Abilities
Ninja Agility
- Gain +8% movement speed while not wearing heavy armor.
Balanced Landing
- Take 60% less fall damage.
Toxin Familiarity
- Completely immune to the vanilla Poison effect.
Smoke Vanish
- Default key: B
- Become invisible for 5 seconds
- Gain a +20% movement speed boost
- Cooldown: 45 seconds
- Heavy armor suppresses the speed boost.
Velvet Paws
- Footsteps do not generate the normal
STEP game event.
- Sculk sensors and similar vibration listeners will not detect your footsteps.
Drawbacks
Light-Footed
- Iron-tier or stronger armor interferes with your mobility.
- Heavy armor removes Ninja Agility.
- Heavy armor also applies an additional 8% movement penalty.
- Heavy armor suppresses the movement boost from Smoke Vanish.
Heavy armor is detected using vanilla iron protection as the baseline:
- Helmet: 2+ armor
- Chestplate: 6+ armor
- Leggings: 5+ armor
- Boots: 2+ armor
This allows armor from mods such as Ice and Fire, Epic Knights, and other custom armor mods to be detected automatically.
Heavy Weapon Training
- Axes and tagged heavy melee weapons deal 15% less melee damage.
