Vault Hunters Jewel Sorting
Tired of having a random order of jewels, gear, and inscriptions in inventories after sorting? Then this client-side mod is made for you.
This mod does not add any new blocks. It just integrates into RS, AE2, Mekanism QIO, Quark, Simple Storage Networks, and Sophisticated Backpacks and adds custom sorting for Jewel, Vault Gear, and Inscriptions.
This mod also adds a new config file: `/configs/vault_hunters_jewel_sorting.toml` which controls how each item is sorted. This works very well with mods that allow you to change config files in-game and switch order how you want to see it.
Jewel Sorting
Jewels can be sorted by:
- "Name" - by jewel display name. It is useful for Quark, RS, and Backpacks as others already sort by name.
- "Attribute" - by jewel attribute type. This works only if the jewel has only 1 attribute.
- "Attribute_Value" - by jewel attribute value. This works only if the jewel has only 1 attribute.
- "Size" - by jewel size.
- "Level" - by jewel level.
- "Attribute_Weight" - by jewel attribute weight. Jewel attribute weight is calculated by dividing attribute value by jewel size.
Vault Gear Sorting
Vault Gear (except vault tools) can be sorted by:
- "Name" - by display name. It is useful for Quark, RS, and Backpacks as others already sort by name.
- "Level" - by gear level.
- "Rarity" - by gear rarity or rarity pool. If the gear is identified then it orders by rarity, if not, then it uses a rarity pool.
- "State" - by gear state: identified or unidentified.
- "Model" - by gear model.
Inscription Sorting
Inscriptions can be sorted by:
- "Name" - by display name. It is useful for Quark, RS, and Backpacks as others already sort by name.
- "Rooms" - by number of rooms or name of the single room.
- "Completion" - by completion amount.
- "Time" - by time added.
- "Instability" - by instability added.
Trinket Sorting
Trinkets can be sorted by:
- "Name" - by display name. It is useful for Quark, RS, and Backpacks as others already sort by name.
- "Slot" - by the trinket slot.
- "Type" - by the trinket type.
- "Uses" - by uses left on trinket.
Vault Crystal Sorting
Crystal can be sorted by:
- "Name" - by display name. It is useful for Quark, RS, and Backpacks as others already sort by name.
- "Type" - by the crystal type (applied seal).
- "Level" - by crystal level.
Vault DollSorting
Vault Dolls can be sorted by:
- "Name" - by display name. It is useful for Quark, RS, and Backpacks as others already sort by name.
- "Owner" - by the owner's name.
- "Completed" - by completion status.
- "XP" - by doll XP %.
- "Loot" - by doll loot %.
Charm Sorting
Charms can be sorted by:
- "Name" - by display name. It is useful for Quark, RS, and Backpacks as others already sort by name.
- "Uses" - by uses left on charm.
- "Value" - by the affinity value.
Infused Catalyst Sorting
Infused catalysts can be sorted by:
- "Name" - by display name. It is useful for Quark, RS, and Backpacks as others already sort by name.
- "Size" - by size on catalyst.
- "Modifier" - by the modifier(-s).
Non-customizable sorters:
- Augments - sorted by theme
- Faceted Focus - sorted by modifier
- Relic Fragments - sorted by set/name
- Respect Flasks - sorted by ability

Note:
Inventory sorting (Quark) and sorting items in Sophisticated Backpacks do not work on servers if the jewel mod is placed only in clients.
Unfortunately, these mods sort items in inventories from the server side, so the jewel sorting mod is required to be placed in servers for inventory sorting to work. This does not affect Digital Storage. These still work if the mod is placed on the client side only.
Smaller Note:
To avoid micro-freezes in RS and AE2 when inserting large quantities of items, mod is disabled when Shift is pressed.
