It has to be gotten through creative or commands.

There are 4 different bills.
I dollar bill.
5 dollar bill.
10 dollar bill.
20 dollar bill.
you can put bills into crafting tables to get the higher value bill and vice versa
Ex: 5 1 dollar bills = 1, 5 dollar bill / 1 5 dollar bill = 5, 1 dollar bills
