Questions:

Can I use this in my mod pack? YES

Does the Chardbonemeal grow nether wart? I'm afraid not, I have not found a way to implement that, If you know how to please tell me in the comments. I am using Mcreator.

What does the Witherblade do? It deals 8dam at a 1.3 attack speed but it applies the wither effect to any mob for 3secs.
