Features:

• Removes all instances of leads breaking (besides the target mob dying)
  • Stop leads from snapping due to being too far away from the target
  • Stop leads from snapping due to moving too fast (primarily elytra flight)
• Mute the lead break sound effect to avoid sound clutter
