Tweaked Excavation

Description

This mod adds more configuration (and JEI support) options to Immersive Engineering's minerals and excavators(power usage and capacity is dependent on the type of mineral and is not set globally),It's intended to be used by modpack developers but can also be added normally without any configuration.
