New biomes with unique foliage
Transitional adds content to areas of transition, such as the new Tundra biome as a way to smooth out the transition between snowy and normal biomes.

Features:

• 2 new biomes, the Tundra and Howling Summits
• New foliage, including the Sedumflower and Scarlet Grass-  A new block which only flowers can grow on
• Windswept Trees, a new woodset found in the Howling Summits and Meadows
•
